🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order and returned within 14 days.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare and beauty products

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

• If your item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
